If you dine-in or order Luigis over the phone, the chances of your food order being correct is 100%. They have the BEST Italian food in Frisco! However, if you order through a 3rd party service (ex. Uber Eats), please be aware. They will NOT read your order. It doesn't matter if you leave detailed directions in the instructions box. They won't read it. This has happened to us 3 times now. The ONLY reason we eat their chicken parmigiana is for their delicious + truly authentic pink sauce. SO disappointing. We might as well have ordered from Olive Garden where $90 would have paid for much more than a pizza and 3 chicken parms.

If you’re looking for legit pizza in Frisco, Luigi’s Pizza absolutely delivers. The garlic bread with cheese deserves its own spotlight. Perfectly toasted, loaded with melted cheese, and packed with real garlic flavor without being overwhelming. Crispy on the outside, soft and buttery on the inside. Honestly, it could be a meal by itself. Then comes the meat lovers pizza, and this is where Luigi’s really shines. The crust has that perfect balance of a crispy edge with a chewy center and they don’t hold back on the toppings. Sausage, pepperoni, bacon, and ham piled on generously, all cooked perfectly so every bite actually tastes like pizza instead of grease. The sauce has great flavor, the cheese ratio is spot-on, and everything just works together. You can tell this place cares about doing pizza the right way. Great portions, great flavor, and exactly what you want when you’re craving real, satisfying pizza. Definitely going back. Luigi’s just moved into my regular rotation.

I order from Luigi's frequently on Doordash and they NEVER disappoint! I get the Luigi's salad and they ALWAYS fulfill my special requests. They go ABOVE and beyond. And their garlic bread is awesome too!

Won't be back. The place was empty on a Saturday night at 7. That should've been our sign not to go. You order at the counter and they bring it to you. Lasagna and manicotti were edible, but I think they were previously frozen. Pros: The prices on pasta dishes are reasonable and the cheese on the pasta has good bite to it. Cons: Fried mozzarella was awful. Definitely a frozen, mass-produced variety. The cannelloni in the pasta sampler wasn't edible - very bad flavor. The bread was old. We don't recommend it.

Ordered calamari, fettuccine Alfredo with chicken, and a cheese pizza. The calamari was ok, a bit bland. The fettuccine was also bland. It tasted like it needed butter. It also tasted a bit like raw flour. The pizza was ok as well. The sauce is onbthe savory side. Nothing was made wrong, I just wasn't satisfied with it. The staff was nice and helpful. Due to the pool shop next door, I was greeted with a strong chemical smell. It did go away or I just got use to it.
